【工作内容】
1、 将管理层的产品和规则设计理念，转化为产品原型及编写相关文档
2、 产品线、认证系统的规划、设计、跟踪和运维、优化
3、 积分和虚拟币系统设计、跟踪、管理、优化
4、 第三方产品合作关系的创建和执行
【能力要求】
1、 能正确领会管理层商业逻辑和意图，并快速转化为产品设计语言，并能用过往案例说明
2、 具有本科及以上学历，熟练掌握相关专业知识，并证明之
3、 熟练掌握一到两种快速原型设计工具
4、 具备良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作意识，拥有积分、虚拟币等相关产品设计经验者优先。
