职位描述
Responsibilities
· Develop an in-depth understanding of our tenants – their business, strategies, customers, and trends that impact their need for space
· Monitor tenant sales and operation performance
· Ensure tenants’ effective implementation of set guidelines, systems, and procedures pertaining to lease terms and store operations.
· Schedule and organize tenant meetings
· Manage vacancy unit and assist to secure centre occupancy level
· Handle tenant claims and communicate any issues to the Centre Management
· Manage to secure tenant smooth move-ins, move-outs and relocations
· Create, maintain, grow and foster professional and trustful relationships with existing and prospective tenants
Knowledge
Mandatory for the position
· 5+ years working experience in Retail Sales or Marketing , Project Coordination, Property Management
· A working of commercial leases. Budgeting and financial reporting experience
· Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic work environment
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Education
· University education
Capabilities/Skills
· Strong understanding of retail business and its relation to negotiated deal points.
· Ability to deal with multiple projects and tasks effectively and establish priorities
· Strong analytical skills
· Basic leadership and people management means he/she must possess a positive, professional approach with a strong emphasis on excellent customer/tenant satisfaction and a desire to contribute to a successful team.
· Good knowledge in MS Word, Power Point Presentation, Excel and MS Project
Specific Organizational Requirements
· Business travels 25-30 days / year nationally and 5-10 days/year internationally
· Flexible working hours including weekends.
