Responsibilities:

1. 指导生产过程的质量控制及相关环节的质量监督。
Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
2. 针对不合格品进行分析处理，与职能部门一起制定纠正措施及跟踪。
Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team.
3. 根据生产中的缺陷，顾客抱怨信息，对产品和工艺作持续改进。
Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint, make a continual improvement plan and action implemented.
4. 收集并分析质量相关的数据、报表，协助质量工程师的相关工作；
Collect and analyze the related quality data, record and report, support quality engineers for the related work.
5. 与过程检验员(制造工程师)，生产班组长(车间主管)等相关人员一起定期进行现场工艺(过程)审核，并及时评估潜在的风险，及时更新控制计划。
Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
6. 日常不合格品处理。
Disposal of non-conformance product
7. 配合部门主管进行公司体系的管理工作。
Coordinate with the quality manager for the quality system management.
8. 中夜班质量问题的紧急处理，支持生产有序进行。
Quality problem solving in late and night shift, support the production continue smoothly under the proper control.
9. 主管安排的其它工作。
The other work raised by leader when it’s needed.

Qualifications:
1. 工科专科以上学历，
College degree in engineering field above,
2. 至少二年以上汽车行业相关岗位工作经验，
at least 2 years relevant position work experience in automotive company;
3. 了解8D及质量工具，
Understand 8D and quality tools;
4. 了解TS16949相关要求，
Understand TS16949 requirement;
5. 熟悉冲压、焊接或油漆生产过程，
Familiar with stamping, welding or painting process;
6. 良好的沟通技巧及团队协作，
Good communication skills and team work spirit;
7. 能在压力上工作，
Can work under the pressure;
8. 具有一定的英文读写听说能力，
Basic skills for English speaking, reading, writing, listening;
9. 能加班并适应长期夜班，
Can overtime and take long term night shift
