主要职责 Main tasks and responsibilities：
1、协助维护现有招聘渠道 Assist to maintain the recruitment channel
2、协助筛选候选人简历，确定初试人员并安排面试 Assist to collect the candidates information, initially screen the candidates, and arrange the interview
3、安排操作工的面试、入职体检及入职流程 Arrange workers’ interview /physical check /enroll process
4、协助操作工的外部招聘Assist to do the workers’ external recruitment
5、协助安排新员工入职培训流程 Assist to arrange new employees’ enroll
6、电子邮件及简单的工作汇报 E-mail and simple report making
7、经理安排的其它工作事项 The other work arranged by Senior Manager

任职要求 Skills and qualifications:
1、本科及以上学历，良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神 Bachelor degree, good communication ability and team cooperation
2、反应迅速，有一定的抗压能力 Quick Response and resistance to pressure
3、有一定的英语听说读写能力 Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
4、熟悉基础的办公软件操作 Basic MS Office skills
