任职要求：
1、酒店管理或相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上酒店管理经验；
2、具备较强的决策能力，协调能力，沟通能力，开拓能力，用人能力，社交能力和全局管控能力；
3、具有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神；
4、责任心强，吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力。

岗位职责：
1、全面负责处理酒店的总体事务，和酒店全体员工共同努力，及时完成酒店所确定的各项目标。
2、制定酒店的管理目标和经营方针，包括制定各种规章制度和服务操作规程，规定各级管理人员和员工的职责，并监督贯彻执行。制定酒店一系列价目，如房价、餐饮毛利等。详细阅读和分析每月报表，检查营业进度与计划的完成情况，并采取对策，保证酒店业务顺利开展。
3、建立、健全酒店的组织管理系统，使之合理化、精简化、高效化。主持每周酒店经理级的周一例会。阅读消防和质量检查情况汇报，并针对各种问题进行指示和讲评。传达上级有关指示、文件、通知，协调各部门之间的关系，使酒店有一个高效率的工作系统。
健全酒店的财务制度。阅读分析各种财务报表，检查分析每月营业情况，督促财务部门做好成本控制、财务预算等工作，检查收支情况、应收账款和应付账款等。
4、定期巡视公众场所及各部门的工作情况，检查各岗位服务态度和服务质量，及时发现问题、解决问题。
5、培养人才，指导各部门的工作，提高整个酒店的服务质量和员工素质。
6、加强酒店设备、设施的维修保养工作和酒店的安全管理工作。
7、选聘、任免酒店副总经理、总经理助理、部门经理等，决定酒店机构设置、员工编制及重要人事变动。负责酒店管理人员的录用、考核、奖惩、晋升等。
8、与社会各界人士保持良好的公共关系，树立良好的酒店形象，并代表酒店接待重要贵宾。
9、关心员工，以身作则，使酒店有高度凝聚力，并要求员工以高度热情和责任感去完成本职工作。
