职位描述
Responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Carefully implement the expenses management regulation and reimbursement standard and make sure the accounting authenticity, veracity, timeliness.
认真执行公司的费用管理制度及报销标准，确保费用核算的真实性、准确性、及时性。
2. Timely check the original voucher, compile relevant document, make sure standardability, and bind the accounting document at regular intervals.
及时完成对各部门提交原始凭证的审核，编制相关记账凭证，确保其规范性，并定期整理和装订会计凭证。
3. To meet the daily fund requirement, timely deal with the petty cash and borrow money accounting.
为了满足公司员工日常资金需求，及时完成备用金及借款的核算与处理。
4. According to the assets management regulation and requirement, compile the fixed assets, construction in process and intangible assets accounting and relevant assets statement.
按照资产管理办法和要求进行固定资产、在建工程、无形资产帐务处理和相关资产报表编制。
5. Set up and register relevant expenses detail standing book, compile all kinds of statistical statement. Monthly fill relevant statement and timely report.
建立并登记相关费用明细台账，编制各类费用统计报表，每月按要求完成相关报表的填报并及时准确上报。
6. Timely finish expenses variance analysis and report to finance manager.
及时完成各项费用的差异分析并向财务经理提交差异分析报告。
7. Subtotal and analysis internal departments actual expense, compile the comparison table between budget and actual, support the KPI status.
分类汇总和分析内部各相关单位的费用发生情况，编制内部各相关单位费用预算和实际发生对照表，结合内部各相关单位的费用考核标准，出具考核的会计依据。
Requirements 职位要求：
1. Major in finance or accounting, college degree or above
财务相关专业大学及以上学历
2. More than five years related working experience in automotive manufacturing industry, familiar with Chinese accounting standards(PRC GAAP)
在汽车制造业从事财务相关工作5年以上，并熟悉中国会计准则
3. More professional skill on financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, etc. and abilities of internal controls
具有扎实的企业财务核算、财务管理、财务分析等专业技能和较强的内部控制能力
4. Good team player with good communication skill
较好沟通能力，具有团队精神
5. Independent, self-studying, careful and detail oriented
独立，自主学习，注意细节
6. Familiar with Microsoft office, and ERP experience
熟悉办公软件，有ERP操作经验
