职位描述
Responsibility 岗位职责:
1、 负责制定售后服务战略及运营管理规划,并组织实施。.
Responsible for setting and implementing the strategic after-sales service and the plan of operational management.
2、 负责制定和完善售后服务各项管理制度及流程、工作标准。.
Responsible for the development and improvement of the management system, process and work standards of after-sales service.
3、 负责售后服务各项资源组织保障,并协同研发、制造持续优化提升产品核心竞争力.
Responsible for organizing and protecting every resource of after-sales service, also collaborating the R&D and Manufacture Department to enhance the core competence of products.
4、负责制定年度售后服务活动的组织和实施,提升客户满意度。.
Responsible for planning and implementing the annual activities of after-sales service, improving customer satisfaction.
5、负责售后服务网络开发&维护,配件销售&保障,培训,信息系统建设,客户关系管理等工作,组建网上的售后服务职能.
Responsible for after-sales service network development & maintenance, parts sales & security, training, establishing information systems, customer relationship managing, etc. Building functional online after-sale service.
6、客户营销系统CRM的建立及完善。
Responsible for the development and improvement of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Requirements 职位要求:
1、 本科.
bachelor degree or above.
2、 中级专业技术资格.
Mid-level professional and technical qualifications.
3、 7年以上专业领域工作年限.
Work experience in certain professional area for more than 7 years.
4、 7年以上大型商用车企业(年产50000台以上)销售服务部门工作经历.
Work experience in sales and service department of large commercial vehicle enterprises ( more than 50,000 annual production capacity) for more than 7 years.
