工作内容：
- 响应客户与部门员工的疑问、投诉；

- 分配、委派、指导员工正确开展工作，确保部门工作良性运转；
- 持续改善运营流程与制度，并根据相关数据提供合理的分析与建议；
- 主动消除运营内、外部各业务单位间的不畅环节，持续改善综合运营效率；
- 承担部分岗位的绩效评估，审核分析各岗位绩效成因，及部分岗位培训与跨部门事宜的协调。
- 持续改善运营流程与制度，并根据相关数据提供合理的分析与建议；
- 主动消除运营内、外部各业务单位间的不畅环节，持续改善综合运营效率；
- 承担部分岗位的绩效评估，审核分析各岗位绩效成因，及部分岗位培训与跨部门事宜的协调。
任职要求：
- 本科以上学历，数理或经济管理类专业背景者优先；
- 2年以上的大型团队成功营运管理经验，独立承担过流程的设计与实施，对项目管理具有较强的规划与实施能力；
- 良好的功能分析能力，对互联网产品的技术和页面交互功能有深入了解，具备较强的、独立的文案编写能力；
- 具备独立的思维能力，乐于沟通、协作，具备高度的自我约束能力、学习能力和表达能力，能够承担较大的工作压力和责任；
- 了解一般线性、时间序列、聚类等统计模型，熟悉常规运营管理模式；
- 能服从工作需要不定期出差；
- 独立管理过50人以上团队者优先。
