（工作地点：武汉光谷）
工作内容：
- 负责设计团队的管理及跟部门间沟通协调事宜，保证部门日常工作正常、良性运转
- 分配和委派工作，指导设计师开展工作，带领团队完成网页广告设计任务
- 响应客户及部门员工的疑问和投诉
- 培训员工，带领团队通过培训考核，提升设计师团队技术能力
任职要求：
- 本科毕业，2年相关工作经验
- 扎实的美术功底，活跃的设计思想
- 能准确理解需求，对网页设计的艺术性和功能性有较深理解力
- 熟练掌握并使用html语言，能够运用CSS编辑/优化页面
- 熟练应用Photoshop,Flash,Dreamweaver软件，能够独立进行网络广告的设计、制作、确认、维护
- 工作主动热情，有责任心，学习能力强
- 良好的沟通能力和团队意识,能承受较大的工作压力
