职位描述：
1、负责客服部门日常管理，确保客服代表为客户提供优质服务，监控整体服务质量；
2、负责部门各种流程制度、管理规范的制定和实施；
3、负责客服团队的组建、培训、激励和管理；
4、跟进员工的工作效率、质量，定期提交客服工作汇报，上报部门各类数据报表，并进行相应数据分析；
5、完成公司安排的其他工作。

应聘要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，理科专业优先；
2、两年以上客户服务经验，一年以上客服主管工作经验；

3、能独立面试、录用客服人员，有呼叫中心管理经验者优先；
4、具备较强的团队建设能力、团队合作和沟通能力，以及较强的主动拓展精神；
5、具备专业的客户服务技能和优秀的服务意识，面对工作压力能够良好地开展并完成工作。
