职位描述
Responsibility 岗位职责：
1、 负责制定匹配公司战略的目标规划，以及制定为达成目标所需的营销策略与规划.
Responsible for developing the company's strategy to match the target planning, and ensure that the development of marketing strategies achieve their goals and planning.
2、 负责协助滚动制定年度预算与预测方案及月、周的资源组织方案.
Responsible for assisting the development of annual budgets, forecasts programs and the monthly, weekly resource organization program.
3、 负责制定商品的销售方案、营销策划方案、商务支持计划的制订.
Responsible for the development of commodity sales program, Marketing Plan, develop business support program.
4、负责分行业商品特性的研究并制定相匹配的商品和价格应对策略，保障商品竞争力的持续提升.
Responsible for the industry research and developing the product characteristics match the prices of goods and strategies to ensure continuous improvement of competitive products.
5、负责存货管控，制定区域库存调剂、公司的库存消化方案并落实执行.
Responsible for inventory management and control, the development of regional stock swap, the company's stock to digest and implement of the program.
6、负责审核、监督、检查、指导、培训、协调部属的各项工作，负责组织审定科内管理制度和业务流程，适时优化、完善并进行考核.
Responsible for auditing, monitoring, inspection, guidance, training, coordination of the work of subordinates, the department responsible for organizing the validation management systems, business processes, improvement and assessment.
7、负责返利、促销等业务核算的审定.
Responsible for rebates, promotions and other business accounting validation
Requirements 职位要求： 1、 本科及以上（其他条件优越，可放宽到大专）. Bachelor degree or higher(other conditions, can be relaxed to Diploma). 2、 中级专业技术资格. Mid-level professional and technical qualifications. 3、 10年以上专业领域工作年限. Work experience in certain professional area for more than 10 years. 4、 10年以上大型商用车企业（年产50000台以上）销售服务部门工作经历. Work experience in sales and service department of large commercial vehicle enterprises (more than 50,000 annual production capacity) for more than 10 years.
