GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and maintain the quality management system, monitor products’ process to ensure that the quality of our products reach customers’ requirements; customer’s representatives of the company and to drive the company's rapid response to customer needs and the protect customer process

Responsible for quality issues, establishing, training and manage team to use TS16949, quality tools and problem-solving tools(such as 5WHY、8D、Tips、6Sigma and so on), analyze root causes of quality problems, and draw up improvement plans, trace result to achieve continuous improvement.

Lead the new product APQP and ensure that the process to meet the customer's requirements; develop and drive quality plan of new projects. Ensure product quality through the strict implementation of project management.

Establish quality indicators and quality plan, collect, analyze and report quality data and improve the quality performance. Coordinate with other FM companies to gain the necessary supports.

Promote the supplier to establish quality improvement system in order to ensure that the quality of raw material meet requirements of the company and customers.

For all the engineering change, lead change management; ensure correct implementation of the project management.

Track and report company's quality performance according to the monthly report of FM global quality system

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1 Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or related majors; more than eight years work experience in the automobile industry, more than three years work experience as quality managers or supervisor.

Familiar with the QS9000, VDA6.1 and TS16949 Quality Management System, with rich experience in establishing and promoting the quality system and leading team to manage quality issues and continuous improvement

Good ability of Effective written and oral communication with internal staff and costumers (domestic and foreign).

Good ability of leadership, decision-making, project plan,problem-solving, interpersonal communication.
