Main Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review all kinds of contracts, official letters, take in charge of contract print and archive

2. Assistant legal counsel in important projects.

3. File relevant documents to government office

4. Other issues assigned by legal counsel

Qualification:

1. Senior students of Law major, or Bachelor degree of Law or above, pass the judicial examination plus

3. Excellent language capability in both English and Chinese

4. Excellent computer skills as excel, PPT and so on

5. Good interpersonal communication skills

6. Team player and proactive attitude

7. Good attitude and ability to learn
