岗位职责：
1、全面主持工程部的日常工作，认真贯彻执行国家关于施工方面的法律法规、规范、标准和政策。
2、负责组织编排、审核施工进度计划，并就计划执行情况定期向总经理汇报。
3、主持或参与图纸会审、技术交底等，对设计图纸及设计方案提出意见和建议。按照图纸设计规范要求，精心组织施工，严把安全质量关，按照有关规定程序要求，编制招标文件、审核标书及施工组织设计工作。
4、参加与工程有关材料计划的制定与执行；指导、管理、监督工程部下属人员的业务工作，做好下属人员绩效考核和奖励惩罚工作；
5、协调同施工单位、监理部门、质检部门以及公司其他部门之间的工作关系。
6、监督检查各项工程施工环节；督促检查施工的进度、质量和安全等工作。
7、做好分部分项及隐蔽工程的安排、检查、签证、验收工作。
8、根据工程进度，配合有关部门搞好工程前期清障、扫障以及三通一平工作。
9、负责管理承包商施工过程，监控工程成本、质量、进度及安全文明施工等，协调和处理工程中遇到的实际问题；负责协调管理各参建单位的工作；监督监理人员工作。
10、负责组织工程竣工验收，及时办理各项移交手续。
11、对工程质量、进度和安全负有全面责任。对施工中出现不符合设计要求，偷工减料现象和不按施工规范操作的，当场阻止并作出处理，绝不姑息迁就，以免影响工程质量。
12、负责对设计、承包商、监理、供货商的考察评选，组织项目招标工作。
13、做好材料进场的质量检查，杜绝不合格材料进入现场及使用。
14、完成公司领导交办的其他工作，协调配合公司其他部门。

任职要求：
1、工程管理、土木工程等相关专业大专以上学历，年龄35-50岁左右；
2、8年以上工程项目施工经验，担任工程项目总监或同等职位3年以上；
3、较高的决策管理、组织协调和风险控制能力，能及时处理好突发问题和疑难问题；
4、具备极强的敬业精神和丰富的管理经验；
5、能承受较大工作压力，敬业、责任心强，具有团队合作精神。
