The main duties:

- Scheduling appointment for patients
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining medical records of the patients
- Bookkeeping or maintaining other clinic records other than patient records
- Explain the admission procedures to the patients
- Any other tasks assigned by the chief doctor





Education and Experience:
- A minimum 1-2 years'experience of HR/Finance/Administration function
- A bachelor's degree and can speak/write English and French fluently
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive personal information
