职位:客户服务专员Member Service Specialist
薪资范围:2500-4000
***本职位只限会员服务部门,与销售及市场无关/This position is only for Member Service Dept. and has NO relationship with Sales or Marketing***

Responsibilities:
Answer membership hotline for 4 and 5-star hotels
Service member needs, provide hotel information and handle member queries
Contact and notify members of hotel promotions
Update membership database
Requirements:
College degree or above
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin and general level of English
Good telephone manners
Good, basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Pleasant personality, genuine willingness to give help to member
Good thinking process and ability to work in a fast-pace environment
主要职责:
接听四星级及五星级酒店的会员热线
满足会员需求,提供酒店信息以及处理客户疑问
联系并告知会员关于酒店的服务产品宣传
维护更新客户信息库
能适应灵活排班及轮休制
职位要求:
大专及以上学历
良好的粤语和国语沟通能力,有一定的英文沟通能力
具有良好的电话接听礼仪
能掌握基本的办公软件(Word, Excel等)
有乐观的人格以及强烈的客户服务意识
较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神能在压力下工作
