Main purpose of the job:
2nd level support to end users functionally in all aspects of the SAP ECC modules MM PP.

Main missions:
1. Support daily business and specific jobs
2. Solve user problem (application level)
3. Document and analyse error (in local langage)
4. Coordinate transmission of the problem to the 3rd level (escalation)
5. Identify FAQs and recurrent issues
6. Write users guide when it is necessary
7. Organize and ensure Training session with local HR and workshops for users
8. In terms of Evolution and Change request management:
- for small modification create & update the RFC for EDL’s validation
- for bigger ones organize the handover with the change management team
9. The L2 regional functional support is the key entry point for any issues in respect with the chain support organization where:
- first level is managed by the CSU
- second functional level: train, coach, find standards solution or transfert the problem to the level3 when the level of competences requires expertize knowledge on the field

Specific missions:
- Support go-live of FCS roll outs
- Manage the support accordingly to coordinate the support with the 3rd level

Profile:
- Master Degree in Information Technology or in a functional domain (Manufacturing, logistics…)
- Functional Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics
- Experience with ERP, SAP is a plus.
- Good level of English compulsory
- Ability to work in a team
- Strongly focused on delivery and quality
- Basic knowledge about Logistic
