Responsibilities:
1 - Organizes and manages the contacts of the department
- Manages diary and handles all the appointments and meetings of the manager of the department
- Organises internal meetings and external presentations (planning, booking room meeting, documentation preparation, material...)
2 - Provides efficient communication function and data processing
- Ensures reception of visitors
- Answers phone and filter phone calls
- Deals with mail, faxes
3 - Ensures secretarial work for the Department
- Writes or types notes, e-mail, fax, mails, summaries
- Prepares and broadcasts monthly activity reports
- Attends meetings when requested, writes reports and broadcasts them
4 – Ensures the follow-up and the sales management of projects
- Supports sales team in all sales requests
- Coordinates effective operations for Project launching
5 – In charge of tracking customers order

Requirements:
1. Organization ability, management of priority issues, rigour in working environment
2. Relationship abilities, customer service, reactivity, anticipation abilities
3. Strong abilities to control the sales administrative management of the projects
