PRIMARY FUNCTION
1. Manage regional marketing budget, develop regional marketing plan and ensure good execution to enhance regional sales performance. Execution of communication programmes, promotional and PR activities in co-operation with creative and media agencies and South China sales team.
2. Manage related processes to implement marketing activities.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage Regional MKT budget with Branch Manager. Provide Monthly MKT Budget Report for Branch MKT activities and Channel regional MKT activities.
2. Propose regional marketing activity plan together with Branch Managers and ensure good execution to support regional business. Ensure the activities follow company process and compliance.
3. Provide designs and guidelines for marketing activities' local execution. Safeguard brand image at regional level and ensure consistent brand image. Provide proper VI training to sales, distributors and local agencies.
4. Initiate creative MKT activities to increase brand awareness and support sales. Provide professional consultancy of regional MKT activities. Evaluate the results and keep increase efficiency of MKT activities.
5. Support national campaigns, including light market billboard project, channel's national promotion activities, exhibitions, conference and other P.R. events.
6. Manage Regional POP stock. Ensure in-time delivery of marketing materials to customers. Minimize POP stock cost.
7. Local agencies management to make sure the agencies can well support MKT activities while meet company rules.
8. Collect comments from sales organization and distributors, report and propose improvement plan to headquarters.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above,major in Marketing is a plus
2. At least 6 years relevant experience
3. Good communication skill with can-do attitude
