职位描述
Job responsibilities:
1. Divisional merchandising strategy including pyramids, themes, stles, colors, sizes, pricing, etc.
2. Selecting and assorted a balanced product mix;
3. Purchanse approval, including main order, injections (flashes, repeats, etc),etc.
4. Preparation of global brifing and market analysis (communication of local needs);
5. Participation in global divisional meetings including trend, selection, costing, etc;
6. Strategic direction of, and meeting attendance with, cross functional team in regards to planning, OTB, order preparation and review, allocation, transfers, and promotional strategies;
7. Communication with visual and field management including merchandising strategies, promotional stragegies, counter card and flyer styles, etc.
8. Management of business development via business analysis;
9. Supervision and development of country merchants;
10. Store/City visits;
Job requirement:
Excellent learning agility
Good communication and coordination skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good skill on office soft, especially in excel;
