Responsibilities
- Support the learning and development plan of Property and coordinate all trainings preparation, arrangement and evaluation with HR for property co-workers.
- To provide support for the compiling of all operational manuals including standard operation procedures, tenant handbooks and training manual for the operation teams.
- To coordinate all Central procurement works related to operations and to ensure all system and equipments to be delivered to shopping centres before the grand opening.
- To provide support to the shopping centre grand opening in related to operations.
- To assist Operation Manager to set up and carry out audit on the performance of outsourced service providers of the shopping centres.
- To secure IICG Family Friendly Manuals to be executed in shopping centres and to support Kiddyland’s operation.
- Communicate and coordinate with different departments and functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Any tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
Knowledge
Mandatory for the position
- Oral and written fluency of English
- Experience in administration is Good knowledge of the Property Business in general.
- Experience of setting and implementing of standard operation procedures in shopping centres is preferred.
- Experience in training with strong people mind set.
Education
- Bachelor Degree in business/property management or other academic degree

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
