• Strictly follow EHS requirements
• Conduct RM/SF/FG inspection for all material/products, semi-finish adjustment, etc. with proper documentation filing according to SOP and company specifications; facility daily calibration.
• Actively participate 5S activities in lab, coordinate lab facilities for Minhang site
• Support on setup or update test method to support process improvement and coach the team members
• Support on following up quality issues, customer complaints.
• Engage in quality improvement projects
• Assistant manager on NCM, rework management and document update
• Backup of other lab technicians
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

• College education or above in Chemistry
• Good health and can do shift operation
• At least 3 year of lab working experience
• ISO certification experience preferred
• MS Office software literacy
• Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin
