Typical Duties

• Work closely with FAFC Treasurer primarily on funding initiatives for FAFC
• Support FAFC funding initiatives and work with global and local banks to explore potential funding opportunities in the capital markets, including financial bond issuance, dim sum issuance, ABS, as well as other alternative financing products.
• Study and understand local financial markets, economic developments and regulatory environment to help develop funding strategy to support FAFC business growth.
• Work closely with Dearborn Treasury to facilitate discussions on proposed funding initiatives, identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Prepare presentation materials to update senior management and Dearborn Treasury on funding related matters and progress
• Work with cross functional teams (treasury, legal, system…etc) on implementation of funding actions.
• Support Annual treasury review, development of Business Plan funding plan.

Qualification Requirement

• At least bachelor degree in finance or accounting major. Master preferred
• At least 5 years working experience in finance (treasury experience preferred) or banking
• Business acumen on Treasury functions/ financial markets and Treasury processes
• Strong analytical skills and not afraid to challenge status quo
• Solid English, both orally and in writing;
• Solid skills in communication, team work and business mindset for serving customers; Willing and able to work with people from various culture and business background
