My client, a leading US agrichemicals company, is looking for expertise candidates to fill the post of :

Fungicides Manager, Asia Pacific

Fully responsible for the product development for Fungicides business for the region of Asia Pacific but focused in China.

Requirements

• Phd in Pathology/ Entomology/ Agronomy/ Soil Science or related topic
• 10+ years’ experience of field trial experimental design, protocol development, trial conduct, interpretation and reporting of results.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Strong commercial knowledge of Asia Pacific Fungicides markets; key crops, key countries, major products and key competitors.
• Proven people management & team building capabilities.
• Strategic thinking capabilities. The ability to contribute to development of AP Plant Nutrition strategy.
• Effective written & oral communication and presentation skills. Sound written and spoken English is essential.
• Budget management.
