Hospitality Marketing Concepts has an opening for a HR Assistant(C&B function) based in our Shanghai office.

Main Responsibilities:
-Participate in the whole recruitment cycle including posting, screening, interviewing, offering, reference check etc.
-JD draft and maintenance, make sure all the JD online is effective and updated
-Search for qualified candidates to meet business requirements and recruiting plan through different channels
-Conduct cold calls to explore more potential qualified candidates
-Update payroll data and conduct monthly payroll calculation with payroll system
-Make sure the employees payroll on time
-Project Assigned by HR Manager


Qualifications & Experience:
-College or above, major in Information Management or related is preferable
-At least two years' relevant experience in multinational company
-Good computer skills (esp. MS Word, Excel, Access)
-Strong communication skill and a team player
-Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills
-Has clear working attitude of accuracy, meticulous and carefulness
-Organized with strong analytical skill


Salary at a level appropriate to the position and the candidate's knowledge and experience.
