Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Provide effective HR support/consultancy to businesses including staffing, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, Evaluation and education development, performance management, communication & other HR related activities.
2.Provide HR support in HR projects and programs, and ensure all program is in processing on schedule .

3.Contribute in evaluating and improving HR policies/process framework, making sure they are kept and relevant, consistent with local laws and regulation as well as company business requirement.
4.Provide mentoring/coaching planning and Scheme to mid-level management on leadership development to integrate Chinese and Korean culture.
5.Work closely and establish HR shared service team and other HR members to maintain and develop effective problem resolution skills and HR functional excellence.

6. Employee relationship coordination to communicate between High level and staff , ensure process and police implantation effective.

7. Others need support.

Qualifications

1.Be familiar with China Labor Law.

2. have 5-7 years experience and have ability to create and maintain a Positive Employee Relations environment throughout complex and changing situations.
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English or Korean), English is MUST, Korean is better.
4.Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
5.Skillful in resolving conflicts quickly and with win-win solutions/outcomes.
6.Capable of managing multiple demands and priorities simultaneously.
7.Knowledge of and experience with HR functions, programs and practices.
