职位描述
Ideal Candidate
University degree in Sales, Marketing or other related disciplines with minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
Experience in commercial real estate will be a definite advantage
Good command over spoken English and native Mandarin
Strong team player also ability to work independently
Proven success in selling service solutions through direct sales within a business-to business in China
Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.
The Role
Overall responsibility for the sales and operations of a business centre in a remote or independent market
Focus on generating new sales, achieving and maintain centre sales targets, whilst growing and retaining existing clients through the delivering of exceptional customer services
Drives and maximize service revenue through up selling and selling variable services to new and existing clients
Proactively manages the renewal process working to retain every long term clients
