职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
· Contribute BIS (Building & Infrastructure Solutions) sales business to the territory of North China.
· Develop and manage BIS channel in the assigned area
· Close to the assigned area market to get the first hand information of potential business and competitors.
· Execute the sales strategy of the assigned area, working with channel partners to achieve sales target.

Sales Revenue, Profit Margin, Payment Term management, Distributor management, Project in the territory
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Meet the BIS Sales & Margin Targets in the assigned territory.
· Distributor Management:
- Be responsible for new distributor development in the assigned territory
- Be responsible for managing existing distributors to ensure they achieve business plans.
- Be responsible for leading the growth of distributors, including product training, technical support, selling skills sharing and policy cascading.
· Project Sales:
- Be able to handle the large project with the process of bidding, contracting and execution.
· Product Promotion:
- Work closely with Marketing Department to organize Seminars and Trade Shows for product promotion.
· Professional technical Support:
- Provide technical support to distributors or end users when do installation and maintenance.
· Be responsible for collecting related Sales/Projects information and setting up and executing the sales plan.
· Generate sales report timely and give suggestions for improvement
· Watch out competitive activities with respect to changes in products, services, pricing or marketing strategies with Marketing & Product Management teams by the competitors in China

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Electric & Mechanical or other related field such as Building & Construction, HVAC, etc.
- Solid 3 years sales experience in multinational company with similar sales channel and end users business development.
- Good PC skills, especially in Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English skills in both written and spoken is a plus
Preferred:
Has experience of direct sales, handling the whole process of large project or channel management
