职位描述
Job Mission
1）督促供应商持续改进以满足公司供应商手册的要求，使供应商在质量、成本和交期方面的业绩得到改进
2）牵头负责外购件进厂检
3）每月跟踪供应商的质量业绩，计划并实施供应商的评审和跟踪
4）降低供应商PPM（如：聚焦质量业绩差的供应商，高PPM，较多的SNCR，和有严重问题的供应商）
5）支持关键供应商的SOPA
6）维护每个供应商的质量文档（供应商的质量、成本、交期业级记录，评价记录，对策等）
Qualification
1）机械类专业本科及以上学历
2）至少三年以上汽车行业供应商管理经验
3）熟悉五大质量工具（APQP/FMEA/MSC等），具有注塑/化工等基本工艺知识
4）能承受压力，适应一定的出差
5）良好的英语口语能力
