- 带领销售团队完成销售指标及任务；
- 关注部门建设，提出合理化意见及执行方案。
- 负责团队日常管理并配合销售培训，帮助销售提升业务技能；
- 能够针对不同类型的团队人员采用适当的培养方案以及团队管理方法进行团队建设与管理；
- 能及时发现工作中的问题，并有效加以改善。

任职要求：
- 大学本科或以上学历，专业不限；
- 有至少二年以上知名企业、电销团队管理经验；
- 有良好的职业素质、合作意识和团队精神；
- 热爱销售工作，性格开朗，乐观向上，能承受一定工作压力；
- 具备较强的团队管理能力。

工作地点：汉口解放大道686号世贸大厦4202室。

工作时间：
五天八小时工作制，享受国家法定节假日及带薪年假。
薪酬及福利待遇：
无责任底薪+奖金提成，享受社保、公积金和商业医疗保险待遇。
