职位描述
Role of the position:
Quality planning leader is responsible for the implementation of quality tools and methodology during the project development, and ensure the achievement of project quality development road map. In the meanwhile, he/she is in charge of the laboratory management and calibration of all gauges of Schmitz Wuhan plant.
Responsibility:
1.Set up the project quality road map in line with project objectives and ensure its achievement on time;
2.Ensure the quality tools and methodology is respected during the project development. Verify the project deliverable comply with the project development process and best practice. Identifies and warns on quality risks and deviations on project;
3.Set up the quality standard, qualify initial sample and archive all relative documentations;
4.Support manufacturing facilities' PAT and FAT;
5.Assis plant quality team(s) during ramp up phase;
6.Manage quality development budget;
7.Record quality project history file and shares experience within Schmitz Cargobull;
8.Support continuous improvement;
9.Lead the management of laboratory and testing engineers, to fulfill validation testing and inspection for the products / samples from internal and / or suppliers;
10.Establish annual laboratory budget and monitor the expense for all laboratory equipment, devices and control gauges;
11.Set up the calibration planning and follow up its fulfillment;
12.Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Science, Technical or Business);
2.Experience in APQP and PPAP required;
3.Ability to read and understand engineering drawing, measurement and / or scales gauges;
4.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, flexible, result-oriented, team spirit;
5.Strong problem solving, decision making and prioritization skills required;
6.Good verbal and written communication skills required, oral and written English is a must;
7.Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, MS Outlook...
8.Experience on measurement devices and testing equipment is strongly preferred, such as FARO, salt-spray, microscope, geometry control gauge...
9.More than three years quality development or SQE experience is strongly preferred;
10.Knowledge of TS16949 procedures is preferred;
11.Certificate of calibrator is preferred;
12.Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedure;
13.Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
