Responsibility:

1 Overall Plant Controlling functions, including budgeting, forecasting, management monthly reports, medium-term and long-term BP;

2 FP&A;Capex and Investment monitoring;

3 SAP System roll out and optimization;

4 Monthly, quarterly, yearly closing for Internal Management Information Reports;

5 ERP/SAP FICO key users;

6 Product costing, profitability, efficiency and effectiveness, process improvement;

7 Provide asdvice to senior management and collaboration with other functions;

8 Per JV requirement.

Requirements:

1 At least 8 years finance experience, preferably within MNC/JV manufacturing environments;

2 Qualified with a finance/accounting-related degree from a reputable university. Tertiary or professinal qualifications are a plus;

3 Excellent knowledge of finance processes, value management, controlling and plannig and IFRS;

4 Proven business partnership experience and track record in delivering quality results within strict deadlines;

5 Very strong interpersional skills to interact with all levels of the businesses;

6 Must be an effective team player with a strong sense of responsibility and passionate about adding value to the business;

7 Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential;

8 Willing to grow with a start-up JV and work under pressure to meet tight deadline;

9 Good sense in IT.

The JV between Schmitz Cargobull and Dongfeng is located in WEDZ. Now it is in construction. The new plant is expected to be commissioned in 2014.
