MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

· Receive outside order and kick off internal transaction

接收外部订单并启动仓库内部操作事物;

· Daily data entry in QAD system for goods receipt and goods issue .

QAD系统货品进出的日常数据输入;

· Make statistics report and send to managers and supervisors for review

检查统计数据的完整性、正确性，并按上级主管部门要求报送规定的报表；

· Maintain and monitor system data accuracy.

维护监管系统数据的准确性；

· In-time communications with the Materials planner to make sure the purchased items not to exceed the Safety Stock levels.

及时与材料计划员沟通，协调把库存物资控制在合理的水平；.

· Periodical cycle counting on materials and assist with the miscellaneous adjustments;

启动定期对仓库物料的循环盘点，确保账物相符，协助财务做好盘盈、盘亏的处理和调帐工作;

· File and clean up the warehouse record &documents, forms strictly comply with TS16949.

遵照TS16949质量管理体系的要求进行仓库报表、记录、资料、表单的归档、整理。

· Locator layout and 5S management.

协助库位规划及5S 管理。

· Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required

其它的工作任务由主管指派或公司业务的需求。

COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

l 大专学历，一年以上制造行业仓库统计经验

l 熟练操作office办公软件

l 良好的沟通能力和团队精神

l 基本的英语读、写能力

l 良好的数据的汇总和分析能力

会操作QAD系统经验优先

TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., (TACS) which was founded in October, 2002 and located in Shanghai International Auto City, is a wholly owned Plant by TRW Automotive. Our current business operation includes: producing and assembling electrical powered hydraulic steering systems for chassis, actuation, and airbag ECU electronic. We also sell our products and provide after-sale service in the mean time.

A new expanded TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd will open in Wuhan. This new plant will form the footprint for TRW’s continued Braking growth within china. Wuhan plant will locate in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone (Zhuankou District), main products include: rear caliper, front caliper, booster and master cylinder. First assembly line in Wuhan plant will launch in May, 2012, revenue target for 2015 will be 155 million USD.
