1、负责中国区研发团队的组建，日常工作协调
2、负责应用程序系统的各个层面，从系统平台、应用程序逻辑到上层UI，进行设计、实现测试和部署
3、应用最前沿的技术实现最优秀的系统性能
任职要求：
1、有带领20～30名工程师组成的应用程序开发团队的实际工作经验
2、强大的技术背景，曾作为架构师或技术负责人，从事Saas及大规模、基于云端技术、分布式网站的设计、开发和部署
3、快速的学习能力，精通基于J2EE开发环境，能够快速理解现有系统的整体蓝图
4、精通J2EE部署架构，能够完成基于Linux环境的系统部署
5、具备Amazon AWS经验者更佳
6、具备项目管理经验者优先考虑

Key Responsibilities
·Build, coordinate, and lead our rapidly expanding application group in China for the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of our application system in all layers, from platform to application logic to UI.
·Apply cutting-edge technologies to achieve state-of-the-art system performance

Desired Skills and Experience
·Proven record of technical leadership skills with demonstrated experience to build, lead, and coordinate an application development group consisting of 20-30 engineers
·Strong technical background and served as an architect or technical leader for SaaS and large-scale, cloud-based, and distributed website design, development, and deployment
·A quick leaner and hands-on with J2EE based programming environment and able to quickly understand both the overall picture and in-depth details of a well-established system
·Very familiar with J2EE deployment architecture and able to handle system deployment under Linux Environment
·Amazon AWS experience is a plus
·Project management experience is a big plus
