1.负责接听接转电话，记录留言。按照公司相关规定及安全规范措施，负责前台访客接待；
2.负责收发传真、快递（同城、国内、国际），以及来往各类信笺、报纸并对上述物品进行分类和分发，结算费用;
3.负责日常办公用品的采购和分发，结算。
4.负责办公设备如公共投影仪的保管与预定，积极协调，使得办公设备使用率最大化；
5.负责员工差旅的预定，包括机票、酒店等;
6.负责车辆的预定及日常安排;
7.负责库房的日常管理;
8.保持与邮局/快递公司/物业/保安保洁公司的日常沟通，对日常服务进行监督;
9.负责分公司公文的处理、流转、跟综，并及时归档；
10.负责分公司合同的归档管理；
11.负责分公司内部文件的立卷、归档、查询等档案管理；
12.负责固定资产的管理、登记、盘点和固定资产报损报告等工作，做到帐实相符。
13.负责分公司职场及电销职场维护管理
14.处理其他必要的总务工作

1、大专及以上学历,形象气质佳;
2、熟悉物品采购和资产管理的相关行政管理经验;
3、能够熟练运用计算机完成日常工作;
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
5、主动了解内外部客户需求与期望，并积极主动地帮助内外部客户解决问题，提供优质服务;
6、确保职业规范的遵循和道德、合规行为，具有吃苦耐劳的精神。
