3. Development of new barley variety for each specific zone 为每一个特定地区开发新的适宜的大麦品种
4. Organization of malting barley seed production process in the regions with direct involvement of originators of malting barley varieties to supply the regions with own seeds. 在地区组织啤酒大麦种子生产过程包括种植指定的种子
5. Obtaining of more favorable terms from variety originators. 从品种源头获得更适宜合适的 条款

Education 教育
Upper genetic and breeding agricultural education , preference is given to qualifications: genetic and breeding, plant growing, agriculture, storage technology本科学历以上，遗传育种相关专业，熟悉遗传育种，种植，农业，仓储等技术
Experience 经验
Experience in the field of grain production and breeding research at least 2 years. 至少二年谷物田间农业工作和育种研究经验
