岗位职责：

1、建立并领导抗体技术团队，增强公司在治疗性抗体领域的研发能力；

2、负责治疗性抗体相关项目的立项、执行、管理和汇报；

3、负责治疗性抗体工程构建、抗体展示技术前临床实验；

4、建立大规模的瞬转及表达平台、产业化细胞株研发；

5、负责治疗性抗体的规模化生产和产业化；

工作要求：

1、免疫学、细胞生物学、分子生物学或相关专业硕士及以上学历；

2、3年以上抗体或蛋白药物研发经验，独立主持过抗体或蛋白药物研发项目；

3、具有丰富的抗体基因工程构建、抗体人源化、抗体展示技术等经验，

4、具有丰富的抗体表达稳定细胞株制备经验；

5、具有丰富的抗体表达、制备、纯化和规模化生产经验；

6、具有良好的项目管理能力、组织能力和团队合作精神

7、良好的英语书写及口语交流能力，具备独立发现并解决问题的能力；具有药物研发工业界工作经验优先考虑。

Responsibilities:
1.Building and leading the antibody technology team to extent YZY Biopharma’s core strengths in cancer therapeutics.
2.Planning, managing and executing multiple therapeutic antibody programs by generating therapeutic antibody leads through antibody libraries, recombinant antibody cloning, expression and purification.
3.Responsible for antibody engineering, humanization, and affinity maturation.
4.Experienced in both traditional and novel technology development for antibody/protein therapeutics like antibody libraries, bi.
5.Initiating and directing R&D programs related to cancer targets and therapeutic antibody drug development
Qualifications:
1.MSc., Ph.D. and/or MD in Immunology/cancer biology/Biochemistry or related biology discipline, with 3-5 years of post doctoral translational research experience in antibody/ protein therapeutics
2.In depth experience in antibody engineering and humanization, hands on experience with common vector/host system and generation of stable mammalian cell lines to express antibody.
3.Industrial experience in drug discovery is desirable. Good written and verbal communication skills, strong capability in technical trouble shooting.
