Job responsibilities include:
1. In charge of Import Customs Clearance in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, daily operation of TSS warehouse, and non-free trade zone.
2. Prepare commercial documents for in & out bounded warehouse business, double check with customers, and keep good communication with them.
3. Manage physical goods collection and distribution as well as the goods return and exchange in warehouses.
4. Stock take at period end, make sure warehouse book keeping tie to physical goods amount.
5. Communicate and coordinate with overseas company of Group
6. In charge of purchasing operation, develop and screening the vendors
7. Import & Export Documents, Delivery Note, Purchasing Documents filing.
8. Check and declare logistic expense.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor and above degree, > 2 years warehouse and logistic management experience
2. Be familiar with logistic route as well as warehouse and delivery procedure. Monitor 3rd party logistic process, make sure delivery accurate and on time, follow up and take prompt action during the transportation.
3. Good communication, correspond capability,.
4. Good command of Forward, Insurance as well as Contract Law knowledge, with the experience on Electronic product, Machine and Equipment Import & Export or TSS operation is priority.
5. Fluent in both oral and written English.

职位描述：
1. 负责进口货物的外高桥保税区进境备案业务、TSS寄售维修仓库的日常操作以及非保税区的清关事项
2. 为进出保税区的业务制作商务单据并与客户确认，与客户保持良好的沟通和交流
3. 仓库收货验收，发货配送和发出货物的退换货方面的管理
4. 期末库存盘点，确保仓库货物账实一致
5. 负责公司所需备件的采购，并不断开发、甄选满足公司要求的产品供应商
6. 与国外集团公司物流相关事宜沟通与协调
7. 进出口档案、配送签收单、采购文件等资料管理
8. 审核并申报物流费用

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上仓储物流管理经验
2. 熟悉全国物流路线，仓储、货物配载、运输等操作环节，能够实施物流方案规划；在与第三方合作时，掌握并监控货物运输流程，确保货物及时准确的到达，跟进并解决运输过程中所遇到的任何状况
3. 对工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的人际沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作精神
4. 了解货运、保险及合同法律等基础知识，有电子产品，机械设备进出口或者TSS仓库操作经验者优先考虑
5. 英语良好
