Job Responsibilities:

1 Prepare weekly operation reports and cash flow.

2 Prepare monthly accounts and reconciliation with clients’ reports.

3 Analyze financial performance report to management team.

4 Responsible for audit and tax related issue, including monthly tax claims, filing and annual check.

5 Assist finance manager when required and deal with other ad hoc works.

Job Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related;

2 At least 2 years of working experience in accounting, finance or other relevant area in multinational companies;

3 Be familiar with all accounting work, able to work independently as well as playing a leading role;

4 Experience in dealing with relevant tax authorities regarding all tax issues, eg, monthly tax filing, annual inspection and tax returns. Be familiar with China tax regulations

5 Strong problem solving skills and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changed environment;

6 Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skill;

7 Accounting Software is plus;

8 Strong team work spirits, self-motivated and detail oriented;
