Responsibilities
- Identify the needs of knowledge/skill/competence for all positions in Property with the support by Property business managers.
- Develop the training program to secure the competence development for Property organization.
- Being the partner with Property business managers, to define the training content and delivery method to secure the training effectiveness.
- Secure the trainings are delivered with good quality and cost effective.
- Evaluate the training in a systematic way.
- Stay close with Property business managers, to support business with training solutions.
- Support L&D manager to secure the IICG China other L&D programs design and delivery.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
- University degree.
- >5 years experience of HR functions in Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Skills & Abilities:
- Understands and commits to IKEA values.
- Good facilitation and presentation skill.
- Take the initiative and originate action.
- Communicate with others effectively and proactively.
- Self-discipline
- Good English in oral and written.
- Team player
Attitude & Behaviour
- Down to the earth.
- Open and straightforward to share opinions.
- Cooperative and reliable.
- Be enthusiastic to the job
