Position Responsibilities: 职位内容：

The Investment Associate/Manager will be a key part of the investment team. In this role, he or she will assist the Investment Director in all aspects of our potential investments over time. Daily activities may include:

- Deal sourcing

- Screening investment opportunities

- Performing venture due diligence and financial analysis

- Working with portfolio companies post-investment.

投资助理/经理是基金团队重要组成成员。他/她将全方位协助投资总监完成各项投资。日常的工作内容包括：

- 寻找潜在投资机会

- 筛选潜在被投资对象

- 尽职调查及金融分析

- 投资后于被投资企业的合作

Requirements: 要求：

- Education: Advanced life science or medical degree (MS, PhD or MD) is required; MBA or relevant business experience is preferred

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both speaking and reading)

- Strong business orientation with excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical discovery and development process

- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong work ethic and integrity

- 教育背景：具有生命科学或医学相硕士以上学历；有MBA或医疗医药行业经验者优先

- 普通话，英语流利 （读、说）

- 强烈的商业头脑，以及出色的分析和组织技巧

- 良好的药物开发或开发流程相关知识

- 良好的人际交往及沟通技巧

- 正直，有职业道德
