职位描述：

1.与供应商的谈判, 以达成采购节省的目标
Negotiation with supplier to ensure the purchasing saving target
2.供应商采购合同签署及SAP系统的维护
Purchasing contract with suppliers and SAP data update
3.供应商交货绩效考核，消除供应商误交付的影响
Supplier evaluation and eliminate the impact of supplier deviation in Missed Deliveries Per Million (MPM)
4.工厂ECR&ECO采购模块的评审，成本信息的报告Plant ECR&ECO purchasing function audit and cost information report
5.涉及供应商的ECO的发布并保证ECO成本影响及时关闭ECO which refer supplier issue,and close the cost impact in time
6.协助上海采购Team进行供应商的选择, 建立及管理供应商数据库
Support Shanghai purchasing team to source ，Set up and manage supplier database
7.供应商质量&物流报怨的定期处置 Supplier quality&logistic complaint follow termly.
8.供应商信息更改SAP系统的及时维护 Supplier information update in SAP in time
9.参与新项目的管理，保证项目到工厂的顺利移交 Partake new program manage,ensure program transfer to plant smoothly

10.工厂年型项目的供应商SSR及SNC Supplier SSR and SNC in plant serial life program
11.保证供应商按期完成项目要求和进度 Ensure supplire to fully apply with program schedule.
12.新项目及年型项目开发阶段供应商零件NPP采购PO发布，交货追踪及付款PO of new program and serial life program part issue,follow up delivery and payment
13.主导工厂零件国产化及VAVE项目的实施，优化采购成本构成Pilot plant localization and VAVE,optimize purchasing cost structure
14.采购战略的执行 Implementation of purchasing strategy
15.采购成本报告及跟踪 Purchasing cost report and follow up
16.对工厂管理层的报告 Purchasing report to plant management
17.项目采购成本跟踪 Project purchasing cost follow up
18.工厂采购预算的准备及执行 Plant purchasing budget prepare and execution

11、公英四级以上 English Band 4 above或流利的英文听说读写的能力Good at English Spoken, Listening, Written and Reading
12.本科及以上, 经济贸易类或机械制造, 材料专业University above, majoring in economic or mechanical manufacturing, or material
13.2年及以上外资汽车零部件企业工作经验，并2年以上采购方面工作经验2 years above work experience in automobile industry;2 years work experience in purchasing
