General Maintenance of Project Operation in SAP including
1. Pre-study
a) Define the engineering center responsible for the project and the customer
b) Launch the project
c) Integrate project team members


2. At launching
a) Fill-in the project team members
b) Create the milestones
c) Integrate the planned milestones dates
d) Integrate the real launching date milestone
e) Change the status at top of the project
f) change the status of the new WBS elements
g) Close the pre-study networks
h) Release the new networks
i) Copy the budgets


3. At every milestones change
a) Integrate the real date of the accepted milestone
b) Change the status at the top of the project
c) Close the obsolete networks
d) Copy the budgets


4. At the end of the development part of the project
a) Change the status at top of the project


5. Modifications on mass-production
a) Launch the mass-production part of the project structure
b) Change the status on top of the mass-production part
c) Change the status of the new WBS element, release the networks


6. At the end of product life
a) Close definitely the project.



Project Controlling:
？ Define and adjust project cash flow calendar according to project evolutions.
？ Ensure project data transfer with manufacturing plant finance controller.
？ Implement in SAP: project structure, milestone, OTPs, selling price, invoicing dates, and amortization conditions (with financial fees).
？ Prepare monthly profitability analysis if modification occurred compare to the previous month profitability analysis (SAP status, Mecadevis) to be shared with project leader.
？ Prepare profitability analysis to be shared with project leader.
？ Prepare budget analysis (YTD vs budget) to be shared with project leader: gap and cause analysis.
？ Update Mecadevis profitability analysis from Mecaprojt update after each significant project modification.
？ Transfer in SAP approved modification (OLM approved by project leader)
？ Update Mecadevis profitability analysis from Mecaprojet update after each project modification.
？ Based on information from purchasing dept. industrial engineer and plant, input mould data in customer database to allow invoicing process.
？ Follow-up of amortization collection in cooperation with sales team and manufacturing plant finance controller.
Technical Center Controlling:
？ Prepare monthly profitability analysis for the technical center for the actual results vs. reforecast and budget
？ Prepare monthly rolling reforecast for technical center and tooling activities.
？ Prepare budget for the technical center and tooling activities and perform the analysis.


Requiremens:
-Bachelor Degree or above
-Over 5 years related working experience
-Project controlling experience, solid financial knowledge
-Proficient in both Oral and Written English
