JOB SUMMARY
By respecting the budget, timing, quality and product specification:
? Develop & deliver blowing tools for the project team.
? Define blowing tools specification with the support of blowing process engineer
? Manage & following the supplier to provide the blowing tools.
? Participate the project development with the blowing tools expert status, integrate all the blowing tools constraint and know-how for: product design, process quotation, blowing process definition, in order to get a robust production tools.
** Blowing tools include: blowing mould, cooling shell mould, blowing head tool, stretching table, the other devices used for the blowing process.
Main Mission
Activity 1: Industrialization development project support
? Support costing engineer to make the quotation for serial & prototype blowing tools during the project quotation phase
? Participate the project development with the blowing tools expert status, integrate all the blowing tools constraint and know-how for: product design, process quotation, blowing process definition, in order to get a robust production tools.
Activity 2: Blowing tools development to project team
? Define blowing tools specification with the support of blowing process engineer
? Consult and analyze the supplier's propositions and get the best cost / technical proposition
? Validate the supplier's design proposition
? Follow the equipment manufacturing, manage the supplier, make the tool acceptance
? Validate and follow all the tool modification with the supplier
? Validate the supplier's design proposition, set up people proposition after the trial
? Provide one complete technical drawing for the plant and also include the maintenance plan
Activity 3: blowing process set up
? Cooperate with Industrial Engineer and the Plant Rep., participate the blowing trial preparation, pilot the blowing trial and make the trial synthesis for the prototype or serial blowing tools
? During the blowing trial, define and validate the blowing process parameter to get the blowing tank shell confirmed with product specification, and a stable production process
? Perform the process training for plant technician
Activity 4: Plant support
? According to the requirement of plant, ensure the technical support for productivity, quality, process problem
Activity 5: Continuous improvement and innovation
· Formalize integrate the know-how and the experience to KM, Lessons learned
· Innovate, realize and ensure the reliability for new conception.
· Participate the analysis of 8D, quality and safety.
· Participate the creation of new training module and INERGY STANDARD
· Participate the development of new supplier
Competences and education background
? Bachelor major in polymer, plastic part mould design
? Mastery of plastic injection or blowing mould
? Mastery of CAD software (UG [preferred] or Solidworks or Catia, Autocad)
? Good material Knowledge (Ex: aluminum, steel, bronze...)
? Good knowledge for mould design, manufacturing and treatment.
? Good knowledge for mould machining equipement
? Good knowledge for casting & foundry technology
? Basic knowledge for heating transfer
? Basic automatic & hydraulic knowledge
? Basic knowledge of blowing technology and process
? Good knowledge for the plastic material used in INERGY
? Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
? Good communication capacity with project core team, domestic or foreign supplier, plant and INERGY engineer in worldwide
? Good supplier management capacity (domestic and foreign supplier)
? Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
? Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
? Minimum 2 years' experience for polymer, plastic part mould design, or mould project following
