Responsibilty:

1. Increase significantly the staff management level and improve skill level of Store Keepers and Water Spiders

Build logistics team with procurement, production planning, warehousing, ands UFS,etc.

Improve people competency with (recruiting, coaching, empowerment, initiatives)

Develop management & skills of staff & DVC NPV through training

2. Contribute plant KPIs to meet customer satisfication and improve productivity:

OTDM, OTDMC2;

Inventory level,

ESSR, ISSR,

Freight cost rate by air/sea,

3. Support industrialization projects on schedule for company growth

Industrial transfer & capacity projects

Localization of parts;

QVE projects, .etc

4. Improve Logistic processes with SPS Plan and launch projects of lean manufacturing to improve flow processes and increase productivity: Queue & inventory management; Kanban and VSM; Supply chain management.

5. Develop ongoing improvement of logistical management:

Plan, implement and monitor twice a year cycle counting (Middle and end of year), as well as daily cycle counting in warehouse based on ABC.

FIFO (improvement of Warehousing ),5S,6 sigma project

Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Industrial Engineering. logistic, supply chain..

2. 3+ years experience in Logistics manager position (distribution, manufacturing planning, warehouse, etc)

3. To be familiar with supply chain management such as implementation of lean manufacturing
