职位描述
Responsibility:
Provide service to customer via phone and email in the manner of polite and professional way.
Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support process.
Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.
Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until closure.
Record and update ticket information in time.
Requirements:
Fluent business English in both oral and written.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows XP or Win7, and Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007.
Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers.
Able to take night and weekend shift. (We will pay additional shift allowance or day offs)
Fresh graduates are welcome.
