Mission
· Enable to do the automation startup in DPCA and make sure the first welding on time.
· Report the progress of Chinese Automation company in DPCA in time, Make sure its work with good
quality and the risk is under control.
· Enable to do the troubleshooting, when follow up the production of welding line.
Major Responsibilities
· In link with Automation team for Startup cabinet in DPCA,
- Startup laser welding process cabinet (Rockwell PLC)
- Startup small station’s cabinet, such as Hood Roller Hemming Station, Trucklid Roller Hemming
Station (Schneider PLC)
· Report the progress of Chinese automation company in DPCA
- Check the electrical material that’s from France, make sure that it is with correct order No. and
with correct quantities.
- Check the Chinese automation company’s workload and it should be in good quality.
- Respect the Project’s Schedule. Make sure that the job is done on time, no delay.
· Follow up the production of the welding line
- After first welding and automatically running of the line, which is done by the France Automation
Team, follow up the production and deal with the troubleshooting of automation
- Respect the DPCA’s production plan
· Training
- Do the Training to STG and Operators in DPCA, according to the Automation operator manual
book.
Technical Skills
More than 5 years of automation experience in Automobile Welding shop. Known the PSA
Automation Standard.
Be skilled in:

Schneider control system
 Familiar with Unity Pro, the PLC programming software
 Familiar with Vijeo Designer, the HMI programming software
 Familiar with the Communication protocol: FIPIO, Ethernet-IP

Rockwell control system
 Familiar with RSLogix5000, the PLC programming software,
 Familiar with Factory Talk View, the HMI programing software
 Good at the commissioning DeviceNet by the tool RSNetWorx

Robot basically operating is a Plus

Known the IPG Laser Source is a Plus
