Location is Ezhou Economic Development Zone.We have shuttle bus from Wuhan to Ezhou back and forth at working day.

1.Understands product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, sequence of steps or processes, studies, and preparation of operations sheets.

2.Analyzes existing production processes and manages the revision or modification to the manufacturing process to minimize usage while maximizing quality and uniformity of the product; increase yields and productivity; ensuring cost and EHS.

3.Supervises plant test runs. Implement new processing designs and equipment and aid in training, as required.

4.Directs the design or equipment sizing to comply with processing and quality requirements.

5.Obtains Six-Sigma/Lean Black Belt Status and completes at least one project per year.

6.Leads Kaizen events to improve processes.

7.Direct the formulation and implementation of computerized programs to ensure Line reliability and efficiencies.

8.Incorporating new technologies, and plant trials.

9.Directs or participates in Process Hazard Analysis PSM program.

10.Leads in identifying and follow thru to resolution of safety observations, and process modifications.

11.Understanding and ability to enhance knowledge of Lean thinking and be able to teach to others.

12.Coach and mentor less experienced personnel, engineers, etc; check the quality of their work, and help them resolve problems.

13.Capable to use statistical method (like spc)for process development .
