This position work at Ezhou Economic Development Zone, We have shuttle bus take employees to work bewteen Wuhan and Ezhou.

Job Description:

1.Place Purchasing Orders for direct material purchasing at the plant to ensure shipment to meet operation requirements. Execute the commodity strategy. Follow up on time delivery of the materials.

2.Coordinate with S&OP, Operation and Logistic team to meet direct material inventory target.

3.Monitor supplier performance, initiate solutions to fix supply issues with Operation and S&OP.

4.Drive productivity; negotiate with assigned suppliers to reach lowest total cost of ownership.

5.Complete reports as requested (including price forecast, productivity, inventory, etc) by the due time frame.

6.Follow the established EHS standards for the workplace, including but not limited to the plants, offices, and other Grace Locations.

7.Purchase in direct material manufacturing goods to support plant maintenance; supplies; including working with vendors to support security, canteen, grounds, etc.

8.coodinate AP Indirect team to render local Indirect procurement support as necessary.

Skills and Abilities:

1.Minimum 4 years work experience in a purchasing / procurement position, preferred chemical education or working background.

2.Strong bias for action and able to deliver results – Must be self-driven and be able to meet required milestones and deadlines.

3.Good team player.

4.Good written and oral communication skills.

5.Relationship / networking ability - Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and other internal stakeholders.

6.Engish speaker.

7.IT applications – Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

8.Negotiation skills.

9.Passion and commitment – Must be persistent and tenacious and not deterred by obstacles.

10.Must be able to conduct all activities with integrity and inline with expected ethical standards.
