1. 负责欧美软件外包团队的日常管理
2. 负责与海外客户沟通，协调项目进度、需求调整、工时预估
3. 制定技术方案和项目开发计划，根据进度安排进行任务分配
4. 项目组人员调配；监督、指导组内工程师的工作进展，提供所需的指导、支持、协调
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，具备5年以上软件开发项目管理经验
2. 精通英文书写，尤其是英语口语，能够与国外客户用英语进行交流
3. 熟悉windows下C/C++编程，或.net开发或Java开发，熟悉J2EE应用开发技术、熟悉数据库管理系统和数据库管理技术，精通其中一项开发技术
4. 突出的沟通能力、组织协调能力、客户服务意识
5. 重视软件工程质量，重视CMMI流程
6. 具有良好的团队合作精神和优秀的领导力；有PMP证书者优先考虑
Job Description:
1.Responsible for managing the daily operation of project teams which handles US/Europe outsourced projects
2.Responsible for communicating with oversea customers, monitor project progress, control requirement change and provide effort estimation.
3.Responsible for putting up the technical solution proposal, project plan; distribute work according to the schedule plan
4.Responsible for resource planning, monitor and direct project team’s work progress, provide the guidance, support and collaboration team needed.
Position requirement:
1.Holds a bachelor degree and above, majored in computer science related. With over 5 years project management experience
2.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
3.Familiar with one of the following programming:
C/C++ programming under windows platform
.net development
Java development, familiar with J2EE technology, familiar with database management system and database management technologies
4.Extraordinary communication skill, excellent collaboration skill and possess customer service awareness
5.Values the quality of software engineering, values the CMMI progress model
6.Good team player and takes outstanding leadership. PMP certification is a plus.
